With over two hours of complimentary drinks and small bites, the IFF Opening Party gives delegates the chance to catch-up with friends and contacts before the 2025 event gets going in earnest the following morning.

And ensuring that IFF kicks off in the best possible way, this year's party is hosted by two of the music festival world's major players: CAA and FKP Scorpio.

Pick up your pass at the IFF Campus from 9:00AM onwards. The campus is where much of the event takes place, and your IFF pass includes access to all conference sessions, events and showcases.

Immediately before the conference sessions begin, delegates are invited to kick off the day with complimentary teas and coffee.

Many of IFF’s agency partners set up shop within, or close to, this year’s campus. These pop-up offices provide private spaces for festival and agency representatives to meet, reducing the need for festival reps to travel to offices around London during IFF.
