The IFF schedule will be published this summer. This is an indicative outline of this year’s event, which is subject to change.

Full details of each event will be updated here and announced in our regular email updates.

Tuesday 9 September

Early-bird Registration
Venue: Flat Iron Square
15:00 – 18:00

Delegates arriving early will be able to collect their IFF pass in advance of the opening party in order the avoid the queues later.

The IFF Opening Party
Venue: Flat Iron Square
18:00 – 20:30

With complimentary drinks and small bites, the IFF Opening Party is the first opportunity for delegates to meet up before the two days that follow.

Full details will be published here shortly, but space at the party is limited to 500 delegates, so early arrival is recommended. When we’re full, the party will be operating one in, one out entry.

Wednesday 10 September

Registration Open
Venue: The IFF Campus
09:00 – 21:00

Pick up your pass at the IFF Campus from 9:00AM onwards. The campus is where much of the event takes place, and your IFF pass includes access to all conference sessions, events and showcases.

IFF 2025’s registration partner is Universe, the platform which pairs simple, flexible ticketing with unmatched distribution and marketing, powered by Ticketmaster.

Complimentary Refreshments

09:00 – 10:00

Immediately before the conference sessions begin, delegates are invited to kick off the day with complimentary teas and coffee.

Pop-up Agency Offices
Venue: Various
09:30 – 17:00

Many of IFF’s agency partners set up shop within, or close to, this year’s campus. These pop-up offices provide private spaces for festival and agency representatives to meet, reducing the need for festival reps to travel to offices around London during IFF.

Details will be announced here towards IFF, and meeting times should be arranged directly with each agency.

Conference Sessions
Venue: Novotel London Bridge
10:00 – 13:00

With last year’s speakers having included the Primavera Sound leadership team, Matt Bates (Primary Talent International), Summer Marshall (CAA), Dušan Kovačević (EXIT Festival) and Clementine Bunel (Wasserman Music), the debates feature some of the brightest minds across the festival and agency sectors.

IFF Speedmeetings are a great way to meet a host of new people or reconnect with others.

14:00 – 18:30

IFF’s partner agencies present an afternoon of outstanding live performances from upcoming artists across both live stages in Omeara. Meanwhile, the bars, arches and courtyard around the IFF Campus are open for meetings and catch ups.

Complimentary Dinner
Venue: In Horto (IFF Campus)
18:30 – 20:30

Wednesday evening is the mid-point of IFF and time for complimentary dinner and drinks. Expect a couple of laidback hours to recharge and catch up before the evening gets underway.

It’s always a popular moment on the schedule. Further details will be announced shortly.

Complimentary Delegate Lunch

With five street food options at Flat Iron Square, delegates can choose from an array of different cuisines this year, and eat lunch at almost any time during the day!

All lunches are complimentary and included in your IFF pass – simply scan your IFF wristband to redeem it. And with all food vendors open for four hours, you can eat lunch at whatever time zone your body is on.

Meanwhile, all bars across the Campus will be fully open for softs or something stronger.

IFF's 'Big Finale'
Venue: In Horto (IFF Campus)
18:30 – 20:00

It might be the final moment to break bread with friends and colleagues alike, but the Big Finale is a precursor to the final evening at IFF.

A complimentary dinner for all delegates with cuisine prepared by In Horto’s excellent chefs. Meanwhile, all bars are open across the IFF Campus

IFF Late

20:00 – 23:00
