The IFF schedule will be published this summer. Below is an indicative outline of this year’s event, which is subject to change.

Full details of each event will be updated here and announced in our regular email updates.

Tuesday 24 September

Venue: Flat Iron Square
15:00 – 18:00

Early-bird Registration

Delegates arriving early will be able to collect their IFF pass in advance of the opening party in order the avoid the queues later.

18:00 – 20:30

The IFF Opening Party

With 2+ hours of complimentary drinks and small bites, the IFF Opening Party is the first opportunity for delegates to meet up before the two days that follow.

Full details will be published here shortly, but space at the party is limited to 500 delegates, so early arrival is recommended. When we’re full, the party will be operating one-in, one-out entry.

Wednesday 25 September

Venue: The IFF Campus
09:30 – 21:00

Coffee, Juice & Registration Open

Pick up your pass at the IFF Campus from 9:30 AM onwards. The campus is where much of this year’s event takes place, and your IFF pass includes access to all conference sessions, events and showcases.

IFF 2024’s registration partner is Universe, the platform which pairs simple, flexible ticketing with unmatched distribution and marketing, powered by Ticketmaster.

Immediately before the conference sessions begin, delegates are invited to kick off the day with complimentary coffee, tea and juice.

Pop-up Agency Offices

Many of IFF’s agency partners set up shop within, or close to, this year’s campus. These pop-up offices provide private spaces for festival and agency representatives to meet, reducing the need for festival reps to travel to offices around London during IFF.

Details will be announced here closer to IFF, and meeting times should be arranged directly with each agency.

Conference Sessions

With last year’s speakers having included Emma Banks & Mike Greek (CAA), Stephan Thanscheidt (FKP Scorpio), David Morgendorff (TikTok) and Natalie Ryan-Williams (Way Out West), the debates feature some of the brightest minds across the festival and agency sectors.

12:30 – 14:30

Complimentary Delegate Lunch

With five street food options at Flat Iron Square, delegates can choose from an array of different cuisines this year.

All lunches are complimentary and included in your IFF pass, and with meals available for a full two hours, simply pick what and when you want to eat. Meanwhile, all bars across the Campus will be fully open for softs or something stronger.

14:00 – 18:30

Agency Showcases

IFF’s partner agencies present an afternoon of outstanding live performances from upcoming artists across both live stages in Omeara. Meanwhile, the bars, arches and courtyard around the IFF Campus are open for meetings and catch-ups .

Venue: In Horto (IFF Campus)
18:30 – 20:30

Complimentary Dinner

Wednesday evening is the mid-point of IFF and time for complimentary dinner. Expect a couple of laidback hours to recharge and catch up before the evening gets underway.

It’s always a popular moment on the schedule. Further details will be announced shortly.

IFF’s partner agencies present an evening of outstanding live performances from upcoming artists across both live stages in Omeara.

Thursday 26 September

Previous IFF keynote interviews have featured Michael Eavis (Glastonbury), Herman Schueremans (Rock Werchter / Live Nation Belgium), Emma Banks & Mike Greek (CAA), Melvin Benn (Festival Republic), Folkert Koopmans (FKP Scorpio) and more.

But this year’s keynote might top the lot… Details coming soon.

IFF's 'Big Finale'

It might be the final moment to break bread with friends and colleagues alike, but the Big Finale is a precursor to the final evening at IFF.

A complimentary dinner for all delegates with cuisine prepared by In Horto’s excellent chefs. Meanwhile, all bars are open across the IFF Campus.
